chore: receipt external AI links and expand memory quarantine index 

Maps Sakana Fugu, OpenAI Daybreak, Cloudflare Temporary Accounts
as advisory-only external research. Expands README memory quarantine
section with full 7-claim table and blocked/canonical trust paths.
