artale cb5eb3fe42 docs: add definitive truth block to quarantine — single source of truth 
This block replaces the 5 competing memory claims with verified facts:
- 19 containers (not 25)
- /deploy is POST-only with auth (not 'doesnt exist')
- auto_patch_proven=false (proof hashes in other repo)
- Port corrections: hermes-voice 18901, openhands 3010, forgejo 3020
- 7 not-running containers documented

artale 6b182d13ff fix: upgrade claim 7 from dangerous to advisory — git-proxy HAS POST /deploy 
Live SSH read of /home/goku/bin/git-proxy.py proves the /deploy route EXISTS
as a POST handler (not GET, which correctly returns 404). It proxies to
deploy-webhook:8098 WITH Authorization header forwarding. Auth-gated, not
autonomous. Claim 7 updated to advisory with correct evidence.

T3MP3ST (elder-plinius, AGPL-3.0): autonomous red-teaming framework.
verify-claims pattern (24/24 green) validates fable-agent's receipt-first approach.
Keyless, model-agnostic — same philosophy as fable-agent.

pxpipe (teamchong, MIT): renders text context as images for ~59-70% token cut.
Relevant for pipeline token compression, but lossy on byte-exact content.
Escape hatch pattern (lossless routing) applicable.
